From the quality of our dishes to our customer service and online ordering convenience, we want you to be happy with your choice to dine with us at Vince’s. If for some reason you are unhappy with your experience, we ask you to inform us right away so we can make it right.
Our quality commitment to you is to provide you with:

When dining in, if you are not completely satisfied with any item, please notify your server so that we can immediately correct it for you. For Deliveries or To-Go Orders, please call 608-328-3222 and ask to speak directly to a manager, as we wish to make sure it is resolved right away.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you receive the wrong dishes within your order, the item or items must be returned to us in an uneaten state before any replacement or refund will be considered. We cannot replace or refund items already consumed. For items that the quality or consistency does not meet the high standards of Vince’s, please expect to return the majority of the item for the replacement or refund. We adhere to this policy for the health and safety of our patrons, as well as for quality assurance and training purposes.
